  • PROJECT INSPIRATION

The Warehouse @ 411S. 1st St now shows its true colors after many years of dormancy left the building unlisted on the historic register. Now listed as ‘eligible’ for the historic register, given painstaking renovation work, it is a truly great example of historic brick, board formed concrete and steel windows. Working with Phoenix Economic Development Office, Planning & Development, Streets & Transportation, Union Pacific Railroad & APS, the building owner & project design team created a path forward, for this 28,000s.f. Warehouse. Constructed in 1922 for the AZ Sash&Door Company, the structure has been converted to creative class office space and has a new lease on life.
